We all know that there are many blogs in Codeforces everyday. So far, we can only see the blogs in recent actions. In fact, many of the questions that were raised before are still being raised. This is a huge waste of public resources. So I think, Can we set up a special section for those who need it to learn？ This suggestion may not quite right, but welcome to discuss!

Hello, everybody. In October, I joined in the first contest in Codeforces. So far, I have played about six games in it.In the period, I am affected by good learning atmosphere in codeforces. In every contest, I can see many drawers and testers. Now, i know that i can't be a drawer for a contest because my level is not enough, but i think i can be a tester for div2 A or div2 B. For me, I really want to experience what it's like to be a tester in a competition. So what do i have to do to be a tester in a competition？If i am not good enough, what level should i reach?
