HE COULDN'T SOLVE PROBLEM C IN EDUCATIONAL CODEFORCES ROUND 131 (RATED FOR DIV. 2) AND HE SOLVED D IN CODETON!!! HE IS DEFINITELY A DISGRACEFUL SCAM ARTIST!!! PLEASE BAN HIM!!! HE EVEN GOT RANK29 IN CODEFORCES ROUND #810 (DIV. 2) ！！！！！ THIS IS CRAZY ！！！！ MUST BE BANNED!!!

First of all, I have no reason to cheat Secondly you can't just accuse someone of cheating just because they couldn't solve a problem
