Please Help Me !!!! Cant Reach Specialist on Codeforces.

Please the greatest minds on Codeforces . I would like your help in finding out why am i not Specialist yet. I am solving consistently 1200- 1300 (and I did not even reached pupil yet && its greatly disappointing ) questions on Codeforces but in the real contest I am not able to solve 1200 rated questions.

Any advice that you would like to give, suggestions , practice methods, anything would help. Its greatly demotivating.

I do know dfs , bfs , Dp but don't have that confidence to solve questions sometimes I cant even solve the 1st question on contest.

      I check your profile and it seem like you often rage quit during the real contest. Don't do it, even if the problems may be harder than your current level

I think to become a Specialist you don't really need dp and dfs-bfs, if you are able to solve A and B problems quickly in every contest you will soon reach there. You have hardly given 6-7 contests so I will recommend you to go for more contests and after some time you will too become cyan :)
