Unsolved problems in Gym

I have a question : Why can't we view people's solutions at the Gym? Some of those contests don't have editorials, and I am really curious about some of the problems, and I wouldn't like to spam the people who solved them in order to get the solution.

People with trainer mode can watch others submissions without solving the problem, can't them?

    Only people with coach account can view submissions without solving the problem.

        There are 2 ways to get a coach account:

        1. Become grandmaster (red — your rating must be at least 2200)

        2. Become master (orange — your rating must be at least 1900) and take part in at least 30 rated Codeforces contests.

          Cool, in fact a team member of mine already qualifies for option (2), but we didn't realize there was a button you need to click. We just wondered why it wouldn't work. Thanks

            Go to the Gym page (http://codeforces.com/gyms), on the right side, near the "Create Mashup Contest" you will see the "Coach rights". Click the button "Enable coach mode" (or something similar) to start using your coach account.

              Yes, I found it ;) As I said, we just hadn't realized up to now that there was a button that needed clicking. In any case, thanks for your help.

              just one question, is there any disadvantage when you become coach? can't you participate in competitions or anything like that?

                It's a mode, you enter coach mode and have certain privileges, but if you want to compete it gets deactivated.
