Dev c++ not working !

DEV C++ ...

Hi everybody , today i was trying to write a code in dev c++ but it came with an error : g++ has stopped working do you know what should i do ?

If you're using Windows 8, you should upgrade your Dev C++ .

    I'm using windows 8.1 and I think I should do what you said but if you could give me a link to download the latest version of it It would be great :)
