Sorting is just too resource-consuming.

For 10 elements even Bogosort would do the trick :P. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bogosort

Sorry, forgot about this xD. Fixed :P.

Btw on that site it is pretty often case that people are posting something in Russian and that can't be translated to English just by one click like in that link :(.

This issue is way older than your TC and CF accounts combined :)

After each round, updating the TC website takes a lot of time (about an hour?), and this is a known artefact that happens when some parts have already been updated and some haven't. I think it is possible to get screenshots like this one after every match.

Probably it is. If so, this is even more embarassing for TC that nobody took care of it for that long time. That is just another reason, why I think that Codeforces is more professional than TopCoder :P.

The same happened here in codeforces after the round 257. Unfortunately I didn't take a screen cap for proof.

I do agree that it is embarrasing, I'm just pointing out that it's neither new nor uncommon :)

I also agree that Codeforces is better than TC in some aspects, but it's hard to generalize. TC is better in some other aspects. For instance, Codeforces is quite frequently completely down with an error message. Seriously, I cannot name any other website I've seen down more often than Codeforces.

BTW, over his last 20 rated events (starting from TCO 13 Semifinal) only 2 times he was ranked #1 in the world after contest (SRM 611 and SRM 628). Funny fact — Petr missed both)

Pfff... 2 times only?? Such a poor contestant he is :D. (just joking, to be clear :D) Codeforces is tourist's kingdom, but TopCoder is Petr's kingdom :P

"Anyway, congratulations to Gennady! He has won all 2014 tournament onsites he has participated in: Facebook Hacker Cup, Kotlin Challenge, Yandex.Algorithm. Three more to go — Google Code Jam in August, Russian Code Cup in October, and finally the TopCoder Open in November."

Hm, now the funny thing is that the hosting server deleted that pic. When I return home I can host it on a more reliable server.
