      No. I recall that much time ago I wanted to see running-times of solutions of many contestants (i am more interested in such statistics) but didn't found that API returns it, so I decided API lacks something...

    Figures. Unless the red limit gets moved up, there are going to be more reds, and therefore they'll be more frequent in top X :D
