I want to know if Java or C# solutions are faster, on average... I guess I'll have to parse it myself.

    Unfortunately, I didn't have a free time to do it.
    I will try hard to publish a brief stats for the past rounds (like this) and full stats for the next DIV1/DIV2 round.
