Dear administration, I suggest you to do the following:
1. Ban accounts of people, who copied others' solutions.
2. Warn people, who gave their solutions to another people.
Current list of accounts to ban: sal13, slrohit, WID, zenghui.
Current list of people to warn: akxxsb, limuyang01.

This information can be wrong, I divided them into groups according to submit time and there's no guarantee that I have found all people with identical solutions. At least warn all of these people, please.

Good job! The funniest thing here is that first solution works on first test 15ms, while the second one — 46ms.

The reason of that is the compiler. One used GNU C++0x while the other one used GNU C++ :)

I admire people who are trying to find out cheaters and trying to decrease cheats in contests. Its really nice but I learned something that cheaters will never give up. So we should just care about our rating and try to be good at competitive programming.

Hi,

Thank you for doing good and justice work. I dont know how I can prove it to you but I have to say I did not give my solution to anyone nor I know how they get my solution. At least you can look at my previous solutions and see that the format and headers are all consistent.
