Lately we have several only Div 1 contests. For me that is very good.Tasks are very good and I always find some task solvable for me. I love div 1 contest, and if I have free time I take part in it.

I noticed only one thing, in my opinion wrong. When we have only div 1 contest, div 2 users can't participate (at least unofficialy).Since there are many div 2 contestants , I think it would be fair to allow them to unofficial contest. They have different rooms, don't have rating and pressure , like div 1 users in only div 2 rounds.

If div 2 competitors agree , It would be nice to change that in the upcoming contest :)

Thanks for reading , and sorry , I'm really trying with English.

This is just a hunch.
If they allow div 2 participants to take part unofficially, there might be too many submissions for the servers to run the contest smoothly.

I don't think that is a valid reason. Even if there are as many participants and submissions as in Div. 1 + Div. 2 contests, things should still run smoothly because Div. 1 + div. 2 rounds run smoothly.

What i'm saying is, in div2 only contests, there are around 1000 participants to make unnecessary submissions in worst case (as their ratings are not affected) but in div1 only, this number could be 4times bigger

Number of participants in Div1 official + Div2 unofficial will be definitely smaller than in Div1 official + Div2 official, which is in fact a typical round. Implying — this is definitely not a good reason.

submissions of div2 participants might have lower priority, for example

This solution is not sure to be effective, and it is also difficult. CF developers should spend their time doing other valuable thing.

Yeah would be cool, just to see how I'd cope with div 1 problems :)
