IOI Training Contest #3 (CEOI contest)

Hello again :D
this time i'm going to invite to participate in the third IOI Traning Contest
but this time it's tasks aren't from USACO , this time it's the CEOI 2008 Day1 problemset :D , the problems difficulty is similar to the IOI .
it will be held in Apr/23/2016 on 18 MSK . you will have 5 hours to solve 3 tasks .

**Sorry but there is an terrorist attack by missiles on my region and half of my house is destroyed so i have to delay the contest until tomorrow **

Everyone is freaking out about the missiles attacks... Guys this is usual, every day there are some areas that get attacked :v

    Technically missiles are rare, most of the time it's mortars.
