sure
but try to get some virtual contests in Codeforces in order to improve your test-taking endurance
and increase your effectiveness of solving easy problems as fast as you can.

Think twice your question before writing a post.

Now this is an odd question. Before anything, I want to say that yea — if you are able to solve IOI problems and you practice solving them then sure, you'll improve at Codeforces. However, this is a very unusual approach because:

1) The amount of IOI problems is very limited. There are about 15 years you can really solve from (problems around or before 2000 start becoming very different/easier from today's problems). That's about 100 problems at most. While this might sound like a lot to you — it surely isn't compared to the vast amount of problems you can find in Codeforces for example.

2) As you know an IOI day is 5 hours long with 3 problems aimed to determine the best high school competitors in the world. As you can expect, the problems (or the majority of them) are very difficult. Even the easier ones require a lot of thought because after all, you have 5 hours for 3 problems — a very different format compared to the one at Codefoces. So if you are currently performing poorly in Codeforces then IOI problems will probably be hard for you.

But as I said, yea, it will help simply because solving pretty much any type of problems improves your skills more or less. However if your goal is to be good at Codeforces I strongly suggest competing in a large amount of virtual contests as it is the most effective training for the Codeforces format you could possibly get.

It does make you do well in CF, but if you can't do well in CF then you probably can't do IOI.
