      He will become seventeen this October which means he has two more years to participate. I don't know about next Gennady but this year he dethroned Hristo after he had won three BOIs in a row which is stunning!

      Now that you mention Gennady, I have always wondered — is there a programmer in the world who is as good as him (or even better) but couldn't go to multiple IOIs due to the high rivalry and due to the fact that he couldn't solve some problems fast enough? What do you think of this?
