[GYM] Procon 2016 Replay

Greetings!

I'd like to invite you to participate in the replay of Procon 2016, which will start on Saturday, August 13, 9 PM UTC +05:30.

It is a contest for individuals to solve in 3 hours. Difficulty is harder than Div2, but easier than Div1 round.
