How to enable coach mode?

I want to enable coach mode in gym, but I can't find the way to enable. Please help me :(

It should be on the right list of GYM page.

    I remember that you have to be at least master to enable coach mode.

      okay Thank you, but I have read in this blog that having candidate master and 30+ rated contest is also ok for coach mode.

    If it's enabled for someone, then right below the Find training section, there is a section for Recent virt. contests and then Coach rights right below that.

      Thank you, I think it is enable only for masters or above, Then is there any way to see submissions of gym?
