It will be very great if Codeforces open a new section where there will be a platform to disscuss about different algorithm wise topics... there will be many different sector where different algorihm based questions will be solved... Suppose any one need any help about any algorithm related to graph theory, then he/she can ask question on graph theory section(there will be many sections like grap theory), if this topic is discussed earlier then codefrces will provide him/her information related to this question otherwise anybody who know well about this question will share his/her knowledge about the question and this information also be saved for future use as this question is new. By this we all can able to learn and share our knowledge thus can develop our skill in programming. This will provide us instant solution of any confusion about any algorithm wise problem.

I think this might make it harder, not easier, to get help, because very skilled contestants will have to click on many different groups to answer questions instead of just clicking through the "Recent actions" sidebar.

Also, the saved for future use part can be googled, it won't have to be grouped together.

You are right that, very skilled contestants will have to click on many different groups to answer questions... But they will be released from answering the same question several times... And some times it is also difficult to find out the needed information which has been discussed earlear in CF by skilled contestants by the help of google and it is also very time consuming.. but if all information is catagorized in a maintained way then many contestants will be benefited..

Actually what you say sounds a lot like topcoder's style of forum (ok not topcoder's, a lot of sites used that style of forums) and while there are many other factors involved, we all know topcoder lost its social life while codeforces have the widest, richest, more crowded discussions in the competitive programming field.

And besides, if tags are properly used, they already can provide all the features you desire.

Sometimes it is difficult to find out the desired information by searching in CF search bar if I forgot the proper tag which is needed to find out the correct information what I need, Then it obligate a contestant to make a post for help although this topic is discussed earlier, it also take times to make a post and making others understant what I need by posting, it is time consuming... In this regard I think my idea can help many contestant who are new in learning algorithms..

Well , I am new to Codeforces , but if there were such a provision to ask doubts , I would like to see it similar to the AoPS community page which looks very well organised to me ... http://www.artofproblemsolving.com/community
