Bug in Codeforces !!!

Today I found the following bug in Codeforces, I was "by mistake" trying to register at Codeforces Round #383 (Div. 1) when I got the following message:

Now, how can I take part in Codeforces rounds when my rating becomes 10, 000 ??? I think that this bug should be fixed ASAP !!!
