YSK OI16 problem

Hello, Codeforces!

There is a problem I couldn't solve which is from Turkish olympiad (Yeni Sistemli Kollege Olympiad in Informatics 2016 Semi-Final).

TooNewbie ,it was removed . I can't open ,it's write that
