Hello friend, can you say which problem you are having trouble with? There are some problems that belong to specific contests from outside codeforces which have turned off the option to show the test cases (However I am not sure if these problems are listed in the problemset), can you look if the problem belongs to a codeforces round?
it is an educational round problem

It seems that it is under ICPC rules (can't see test cases, can't see others submissions)
