Hallo,

I have been using e-maxx.ru for quite some time. It has also been my great dictionary when it comes to learning algorithms, but it seems clear to me that e-maxx has been outdated. I recently hear a lot more algorithms that are not covered by e-maxx. A few to mention are palindrome tree, Lichao Segment tree, Dominator Tree (not sure if this is a correct name)... and a dozen more.

I wonder if there exists a new page that has the same functionality as the great e-maxx page where we can see new algorithm updates? If there is implementation, it is nice, otherwise, the name and definition should do. English page is wonderful, but even if it is in Russian, it would be still marvelous with Google Translate. I also tried wcipeg.com but it is not even comparable to e-maxx.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

There is e-maxx-eng. It's pretty small yet and mostly contains translations of e-maxx but I hope that the resource will develop to contain newest stuff. I hope to personally describe recent less documented algorithms, some list of them will be appreciated :)

Just so that you know, at e-maxx-eng we also collect newer algorithms that doesn't appear on e-maxx-eng.ru. So if you, or anybody else, what to contribute an article, either something new / original or a translation of one of the Russian articles, I'm happy to review them and accept them to the project.

Contributing is pretty easy. There is even a page explaining the process: For Contributers. The articles are written in Markdown (same formatting language as used on Codeforces Blogs, on the Codechef forum, on Stackoverflow, ...), and versioned with git.

Oh, sorry. I think I misunderstood the question. Just for clarification: No, there is not an official e-maxx-eng chatroom. Since the team is so small, we just talk directly at Github issues/pull-requests, or by private messages.

If you have any questions about the project, just directly contact anybody from the team.
