Hello everyone!

It’s our pleasure to announce the Hokkaido Univ. & Hitachi New-concept Computing Contest 2017. It is a marathon-type programming contest sponsored jointly by Hokkaido University and Hitachi, Ltd. The contest consists of two independent parts which will be held in two consecutive rounds.

• 1st Contest: from November 15th to November 28th, 2017
• 2nd Contest: from November 29th to December 12th, 2017

Each contest provides a problem related to graph conversion algorithms, which are regarded as the key technology of the new-concept computing. The top scoring participant of each contest will be awarded 300,000 Yen. You can register your participation through the following web sites:
