Codeforce security issue

There is a really serious problem with codeforces security yesterday I reloaded the page and I went to some one else's account and it happend today again also there is another issue with solutions leaking for lots of users whats the problem?

please write in comments if you had the same problem for example you can take a look at this weird submission 32379786

Not sure if it is related in any way to the issue above, but for last several days when I'm checking profiles of other users sometimes I'm getting switched from Russian interface to English interface.

    Yes but these days solution leaking is going to be usual if you look at announcement blogs comments and CF doesn't care :/

    they don't even show a reaction to this issue and comments and blogs like this one

        Ok tnx but I think this is not a problem for just few users and there could be lots of users that somebody can get in to their account and they even don't know that somebody else is cheating with their solutions.(or worse things I don't know)

        all they know is the contest become unrated for them magically and their solutions are skipped
