When Is The Contest ?

When I open the "Contest" page , I see the this "Before Start 30.00" but at the main page (on the right top) there is an icon called "Pay attention" , when I looked at it , I see this "02.30.00"

Which is true ?

In ACM ICPC style contests you can register up to the end of the contest
