I think Div.3 is as easy as Div.2 but you need speed or else your standings will be very low as many people can do it as well.
Yes but in Div 3 they focus on questions with basic concepts which is important for the beginners.
I think division 3 are hosted that infrequently because people that qualify for it can already participate in division 2, and should indeed participate in division 2. You learn more by facing harder problems.
But sometimes Hard Problem make us loose motivation. It's one of the reson users are unable to make a constant progress with Codeforces. Till now, I have solved 500+ Problems, but still I am a newbie.
LoLoooLoOL. I have solved the problem 1+1=? more than a million times in my head. But I am not a field’s medallist. Do you know why you are still newbie? It is exactly because you think that numbers matter. But they don’t. Lmao.

This is something you have to just deal with. Learning can be psychologically difficult but solving a thousand problems that are easy for you will not make you stronger.
