Rating (all) tab doesn't work

I think that rating(all) tab on codeforces doesn't work. There is no difference between "rating" and "rating (all)" tabs. But for example there is ershov.stanislav who should be in the top on "rating (all)" tab.

Surprisingly, "rating (all)" doesn't appear if you're not logged in. Maybe it means something other than "include users that haven't participated in 6 months"?

      Yes, I was wondering if it depended on a user setting, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

It shows them after all active users. Go to page 252 and you will find them.

I wanted to admit that this thing is annoying for me as well. It was better in past, then why change it? Can't you restore older version?

Well, afaik rating shows only active users, while rating(all) shows inactive users as well(but yeah, it's not within active users)

    Long time ago, they were interleaved (i.e. sorted by rating, not <is_active, ranking>). That's why the blog says "doesn't work" and not "doesn't do what I want to".

Also, I think there should be a table containing max-ratings of all users.

Also that filter by Country , City or Organization should be able to work together. Like country=India and Organization=Google. That doesn't work as we can only keep either country or organization active at one time..

I have also seen some other bugs in Codeforces.

1- In settings "Disable social network widgets" remains unchecked even if it's active.
2- There are no bell-icon notifications for new comments on the blogs you have written.
3- Rating(all) doesn't work.
4- Sometimes even if I have read a personal message, "You have a new message" doesn't go away immediately.

I hope MikeMirzayanov fixes all these.

I saw the last page of 'Rating All' tab. There are some with negative rating. Is negative rating possible or rating mechanism has changed ?
