I can't find offical websites for BOI and JBOI. I'm wondering where will be BOI and JBOI in 2019? Anybody knows?

There wasn't a national olympiad in Bosnia yet, and there's no date for when it will happen so don't expect BOI any time soon.

There is nothing common between Bosnia national and BOI :)
BOI will be probably in September. Currently first option (by schedule from 2-3 years ago) is Greece. In case they do not find money they will lose status of participant and some other Balkan country will take organization. Serbia is one of options (I do not expect it, just I say there is a chance).
Again, I always thought that the main purpose behind the regional olympiads is a preparation for the IOI. What is the reason of organizing them after the IOI?
