Hello Codeforces I want to ask everyone how do they practice and want to get tips for practice. I can usually solve Div 2 AB in contests but somehow fail to do the C and D problems can somebody pls help me Thanks in advance:) UPD : what I am asking is more detailed answer than just solve problems UPD2 : pls can some orange and red rated coders anwer too

Take part in as many contests as you can (Virtual counts too). After each contest solve at least 1-2 problems above your level (C-D for CF). If you find a new ds or algo that was used to solve this problem, google that topic and find a good tutorial to learn it. Most likely at the end of that tutorial there will be some practice problems. Try to do 5-15 problems (can be much higher for some things like dp) until you get sort of an intuition for it. Your rating will go down at first but you will be practising your problem solving skills and contest skills simultaneously so I find this method better than just practising without taking part in contests.
