In problem B in the round, the checker had some issues. And, many people solved the problem correctly but were declared unrated because they had a wrong attempt. It's unfair for them that the round is unrated.

Suggestions : My suggestion is that the round should be rated for the participants who had atleast one correct submission for the problem B during the contest.

Any suggestions are also welcome.

Why don't you make it unrated for all those participants whose rating is decreasing xD
P.S. : My rating is increasing.

    MrAladeen If you will remove everyone whose rating is decreasing.. The law of codeforces says. Total rating before contest and after contest remains Constant. So. Eventually it will lead to an unrated round for everyone.

      Yes. It's just like "everyone get a score higher than average score".

      The total rating decreases by a few thousand points every contest last time I checked.

Why can't they take problem B out of the scoring?
