ICPC Asia -West Continent Final Contest Kolkata News?

The website states that the contest will take place on 14-15th Jan 2020. However, I had a few questions in mind.

  • How to register (on Baylor or otherwise)?
  • Has anybody received anything official (any invitation mail etc.)?
  • What is the exact venue?

If somebody knows the answer to at least one of these questions, please answer. With so few days left for the contest and no news whatsoever from anywhere else, it would be extremely helpful.

Read this ACM-ICPC New Rules: Tehran and Kolkata Championship. As far as I can understand, you can't register for the contest. It is by invitation, which will be based on your performance in regional. Only the top-few teams are selected. So I guess the details are shared with the selected teams only.

Well, we did receive an invitation mail (from the ICPC KGP director). However, all it stated was that we are "promoted" to the Asia West regional and that the contest is on 14th and 15th. Accommodation will be provided from 14th noon to 16th morning. Nothing about venue, registration, contest platform, ide etc.

Probably there'll be a mail from the contest director soon, I hope.
