That is because you did badly on purpose in order to increase your RP. If you want, you will be IGM again...

    Congratulation!

Your rating is still high enough to make the average rating of this IOI team to be red. (2205.75 > 2200)

Last two are probably International Grandmaster and Grandmaster.

UPD: And CTSC is Chinese Team Selection Contest! I'm Nostradamus!

That's great! Our (Russian) team selection will take place only in May, and it looks like the series of contests during about two weeks.

And which form does national selection take in China? Is it only one contest? Or some training camp like we have?

And last question: do you publish any materials of contests you use to select your team? Maybe any information (tasks, tests) of all-Chinese olympiad (if you have something like that)?

Yeah, I was surprised to see that the IOI rules this year require teams to be formed by May 17. Is it still going to be a two-week camp in Moscow, instead of studying at school? :)

Maybe I can come for the evening tea. You're mostly doing things that are beyond my knowledge, so there's little I can help with from the preparation side :)

Also, I notice another really funny facts, Actually in China we do have several red coder on both Codeforces and TopCoder in this year's training team, but they all failed in the way to the National team(except me).

I just wonder,is it show the difference between modern Contest system(TC or CF) and OI system. Or just show that Chinese way of selection is ...?

As the times goes by, The Chinese selection contest still used the rule from the last century, they still only compete 2 times for the National team(Actually it used to be 3 times, but now it get lessened), and they're still using the old OI-style, I once suggest that we can use IOI-style, but they say that there's technical problems.

Anyway, China has large population, thx for that.

Who are that red coders who are not in the national team this year?

The color of 4 coders really surpised me too because last year I saw a lot of Chinese participants in VK Cup (who have red color, of course) and almost all of them were very young.

5h vs 2h is a great difference. If you can solve TC Hard in 30min (say), you will surely be red. If you can solve TC Hard in 2h, then perhaps not so. But in OI, the difference between the two is not large. It's often the case that the later one has higher probability of correctness, and gets into the team. Anyway, I agree that selection contests should be as close to IOI as they can be.
