Recently i have started problem solving on atcoder and i found kenkoooo.com very useful. But I am not able to get proper idea of problems difficulty level listed on the website unlike on codeforces(problem ratings). Can anybody please make me understand the problem difficulty relation on atcoder in terms of problem rating at codeforces. For example:- problem rating 1500 on codeforces = ___ problem difficulty on kenkoooo.com screenshot

I think 1500 on atcoder should be 1800 on codeforces.

Algorithm to find out: solve some problems and then see what rating they were. I have done exactly the same: after doing some virtual AtCoder contests I discovered that "red circle half full" is approximately the hardest ones I can solve in reasonable time.

I don't think it's realistic that anyone's going to give you some reliable (not based on feelings) conversion table. But it's not that hard to find out which problems are right for you.
