Codeforces Round #639: Round is Unrated

Sorry about it. Probably, the main reason is a network misconfiguration which leads to degradation of connection speed between some services. Strange things that I didn't change any network settings. Actually, both slow judging and logout issues are sides of the same coin. I asked for the help of the experienced specialist to help me. We are continuing to work on it. No more details at this moment. Sorry again. I'll run testing round before the next round to be sure that everything is OK.

Actually running a 5-10 min testing round before a rated round sounds like a great idea — both for participants and for organizers

    Wtf is with all this crowdfunding shaming? You all realize that $100k is a yearly salary of a good developer? Even if Mike took this for himself and did that every year, it wouldn't be that bad or greedy. Instead, it's for a few years and the money goes to maintaining the biggest competitive programming platform in the world, with hundreds of thousands of users, and millions of submissions.

Something like,"You can participate iff you submit during the testing round and the round will be rated for you if you submit during the testing round irrespective of you submit or not during the actual contest" sounds both evil and fun xD
