Hello folks, I have been coding since 3 months on codeforces but i wanted to know some good books to start with in Algorithms as i look forward to compete in IOI olympiad plz provide some guidance .

I'm confident that you will make it to the IOI. You should only solve math and adhoc problems, I suggest solving every problems on Codeforces with rating <= 1000, because other concepts are really hard and took decades to learn. Also, for every problem, you must make 100 submissions and get WA 99 times, because that way you will learn loads, about implementation and stuffs like that. Okay, seriously, go solve about 500 problems and reach blue on Codeforces or something like that and then we will talk.

    This reminds me of a quote in my country: "Cần lao vi tiên thủ, năng cán dĩ đắc thực, vô vi thực đầu buồi, thực cứt thế cho nhanh". That means if you work hard, you will be successful. Have fun coding!
