Not decided yet for India. I'm starting to think they will skip 2020-2021 version. :(
Pretty sure they won't skip it if it is conducted worldwide. Please don't spread baseless panic.
As much as I hope you're right, India skipped the IMO this year, so it's not as baseless as you might think...
India all science olympiads except IOI. All others were govt regulated. The same is the case with ICPC it isn't regulated by govt. In fact, some of the people who made sure India participates in IOI will be involved with ICPC as well. So let's hope for the best.
India do skipped IMO 2020 this year , almost every other countries participated . (including USA , china, bangladesh,brazil,russia,etc.) . I am sure they will skip ICPC too .
No one cares here , they don't even bother to release some clarification regarding this delay. Probably they got some other important stuffs to plan like vacations, banking etc.
India participated in IOI 2020 though
They've had ICPC practice rounds, organized by Amrita University. Moreover, the NA Championship is scheduled for August. There's more than enough time for regionals. It would be nice if they said something though.
According to a source, online round will take place in January. I am not sure how correct this source is.

according to a sourceplease?According to this blog, there is time till March 2021 for regionals. I would not imagine that ICPC rounds will happen before colleges reopen.
From a source of mine involved with the organisers it would mostly be next year after the colleges open around in January (IF they open next year around January which to be honest seems a bit dicey now) with regionals around March. This isn't official though and I guess they would make an announcement soon.
Indian Telegram groups are getting ready to cheat on this too. Haha

Amrita will host the 2020 Regional contest that was canceled because of the pandemic, in May 2021. Both the Preliminary Round & Regional Round will be held online on CODEDRILLS platform.
Preliminary Round: May 16; 2.5 hours duration. Registration to start on March 1 on Baylor System and ends on April 30. There is no Registration fee to participating in the Preliminary Online Round.
Regional Round: May 30; 5 hours duration. Teams will be promoted after the Preliminary Online Round.
Regional Contest will be conducted in offline mode at Bengaluru & Chennai/Coimbatore campuses if the situation is conducive.
