Suggestion: add the option to turn on problem rating without turning on tags

Just a simple suggestion that would be very helpful. As of right now, if you want to see a specific problem's rating from its page, you have to turn on tags which can also spoil the solution of the problem. I'm sure it would help me and others, and I don't see a reason not to add this feature.

I also agree, topic tags kind of ruin the question when not practicing for specific topic and still wanted to know difficulty level of questions.
