How can i add my city to Codeforces?

The city where i lived during most of my life don't even exist on Codeforces. How can i ask for the inclusion of my city on the cities list?

By the way, every time someone reminds me of this city thing I remember that it is possible to set your home city to "Simferopol, Russia". Proves that cf sometimes has to pay respect to the russian government, very unsettling.
