How can I see all my submissions (submissions history) in USACO?

I am not aware of any way to see all of your submissions to the USACO website. As far as I know, only your submissions during live contests can be accessed. For those, if you find the problem that you submitted to, and scroll to the bottom, you should see a timestamp of when the solution was submitted. If you click on it you'll be able to see your code.

Now some speculation: I wouldn't be surprised if USACO doesn't store your practice submissions at all. USACO's servers can't handle running more than 10-20 test cases per submission. There's only around 10000 submissions over a 4-day contest period. If USACO's time resources are so small (at least compared to something like CF), there's a good chance their memory resources are very small as well.
