Why are you giving prizes to random participants, why not the best 2 competitors?

Since the platform is relatively new, there is a possibility of issues affecting the ranks. Hence the random prize.

After a few more beta contest, we will consider keeping for top contestants.

Hi its possible when population at all cities are 0. We wont be able to make them unique as sum will always be 0. So in that case, we can never make them unique.

In task "Country e-score", what is the answer for N = 1 and no one lives in city 1? Solutions posted in editorial print -1, but I think answer should be 0.

      Thanks for bringing this up.

You are correct, for N = 1 and population 0, answer should be 0. We will fix the setter and tester solution soon to reflect this.

We did not have this test, though we had N = 1 with non-zero population. So, fortunately no rejudge needed. We will keep in mind to add all the edge cases in future problems.
