hello coders, i am new to codeforces and cp in general .At current time i am able to solve first two problems in div 2 rounds. if anyone can give a word of advise to guide my way in upcoming future will be great.

Solve more problems. At least that's how I progressed :). Also don't be shy and check other's solutions to see how others solve them.
I think you can learn C++ or Java this will be helpful for you
