Why these kind of cheaters are not banned?

Few days ago, there was a blog about a cheater and his obfuscation techniques to prevent himself from being caught in plagiarism. He has already learnt his lession

Here is one more cheater- akashramjyothi who uses same obfuscation techniques as previous person.

Let's look at his submissions-

This is really bad. Not only is he cheating but look at the kind of codes he has written. This is definitely not acceptable.

While cheating is obvs bad, I really don't see any issue with using that language in his own code. It's not like nobody ever gets pissed sometimes and drops bad language in code or just has a grotesque laugh occasionally.

    Yeah,100% agree that using bad words is fine but Ahmad warsi is real person of same college nd they are just embarassing him and this is been going on from many contests

I am actually in a dilemma here. Look at this 102857233 submission from guitar_waale_bhaiya . This contains the same code for obfuscation as mentioned in your part 1. So are they both the same people? If so, then both accounts should be banned(if not for cheating) for writing shit about other people in their codes.

    It's not me!! that guy had my template once..!! Once I stopped all those things.. coz I realized other people can also see the code and it would be considered as cyberbullying.. He continued doing that.. and I've no control over him!! I'll do contests on my own as I had promised earlier..!! So for god's sake stop mentioning me for same mistake time and again!!

      You have very strange submissions in almost all the contest. You are an expert and you get Compilation error for every problem in every contest? And the accepted solutions contain some codes which are useless and seems to be put in there to just fool plaigarism tester. What will you say about that?

        Yeah!! Earlier I have been mentioned in a blog some days before..! Where I confessed my mistake.. and they asked me to submit ce in coming contest to get my ratings down... You can see I intentionally submitted a compilation error in today's contest and got 200-.. M a man of my word... I know I cheated...! M saying I won't be cheating anymore... And I mean it...!! If anyone gets anything from side ever again in future... They are free to mention... But please don't mention for the same things time and again

            akashramjyothi isn't just cheating but also cyberbullying.. He is a maniac on another level which makes him a terrible person I suppose. Although it's not for me to decide what type of person he is, but this is not a good thing

Oh my God, I don't know if the coder of this code knows it or not, But it's clearly a case of cyber bullying.. Please do not do this yaar.. It's really gross and shameful. Please yaar aisa mat kar... Mujhe gussa bhi aa raha hain, I don't know why exactly... Please do not harass him.. It's a request.. The kind of things you are saying is horrible.     What language is this exactly? I mean, I translated Agar dushmani hain to usse nikaal nah, uski maa aur behen ko kyu aisa bol raha hain and it shows me it is Estonian...But the others are shown as Indonesian or something like that...

I'd say these cheaters should be punished immediately. Besides, these f words shows the low quality of this person, and the mention of a real person in his code is definitely cyber bullying, especially on an open-code OJ like Codeforces. Don't understand why they have to do this in their code. Maybe Codeforces should put some restrictions on f words and s words and other dirty words in their code.

Look at his submission 107843215, he is also using the same template hello_algorithm . This contains the same template as you mentioned. See this also, 104828606, he is also using the same code as you mentioned in part 1.

    They have already been caught multiple times. I've seen their submissions skipped for many past contests. I think there should a rule- if caught in cheating more than 3 times, perma ban.

    Also I see they use similar tactics (adding redundant codes in between) to become 6* on codechef by getting good ranks in DIV1.

      So sad to see these kinds of activities. Earlier we all believed that plagiarism is limited to only long challenges and up to very low ratings so it's not going to affect very much if someone works hard and manages to be 6* rated on CodeChef or Candidate master on codeforces but nowadays plagiarism is done to that extent that it will affect people on considerably high ratings also. (here high rating doest refers to masters and above.)

      Ya I know someone will say rating doesn't matters focus on your skill so for those just ask two questions from yourself.

      • Do you don't get motivated/excited when your rating increases?

      • If some contest goes bad and your rating drops doesn't it feels bad?

      We all are human and it's our nature if someone works hard we will don't like to see someone above without knowing at least the way to cheat.

      And it's also true that if these activities are being ignored, the amount of plagiarism will rise exponentially.

        I always believe that it's really necessary to punish dishonest competition.
