In Codeforces I see some name such as Codeforces Global Round and Codeforces Round. My question is what is the differences between these two contest? Why there are two names?

Codeforces normal rounds are on 4 divisions(and are rated only for people who have the specific rating). They usually have fewer problems. Global rounds are rated for everybody, no matter their rating. They usually have more problems.
