To all the algorithm lovers out there, You guys have solved a lot of algorithmic questions, how about trying something different for a change now? TechCurators bring to you a unique coding contest to hone your skills and show your talent. In this event, you will be creating algorithmic problems instead of solving them.

Creating a question is way more difficult than solving one because you need to think not only about the solution but about the concept to be tested, test cases, optimal time complexity, etc. We promise you, this will put your skills to the ultimate test. It’s also way more fun to see your friend scratching his/her head to solve a question that you created.

So, if you want to be part of the fun and win exciting prizes, simply sign up on the link:

The event has already begun and the submission portal will stay open until 22 October, 11:59 pm IST Good luck to everyone, and may the best coder win

No offense, is this contest effectively asking people to set original "hard" problems and saying only top 2-3 people (decided by some unknown criteria) will get paid lmao? Is this just a cheap way of getting problems to use in interviews or something?
