They gained high ranks of last 4 Div.2 Only contests, maybe few of them are really new users but it seems that most of them are div1 users who register new accounts for participating in div.2 only contests officially (look at their register and last visit time).
I think there is no difference in participating officially or unofficially, this only makes the competition harder for div.2 users for they should compete with div.1 users.
Anyway this is wrong, but high number of div.2 only contests is also a reason!
Please prepare contests for both divisions more often!

UPD Is there anyway to prevent from such multi accounts?
UPD2 Preparing contest for both divisions is the ideal solution! And if it is not possible, as most of the comments say it is a good idea to rate only users that have participated in at least one (or more) contests!

Hi!
I wonder why this submission(5616462) gets TL for problem 346C - Number Transformation II.
Isn't it true that the order of this code is almost O ((a-b) log(a-b)) which is equal to O(10^6 * log(10^6))?

UPD. Found my answer in this comment, Thanks!

Hi!
I have a problem in problem 279C - Ladder
When I submit my code, I get this error : wrong answer Participant output contains extra tokens (test #8) 4263959
but I output exactly m answers!
I had submitted a code 3264828 for this problem many months ago which got wrong answer on test 19, but when I submitted it again it got the same error on test 8 4263975. Maybe something with the judge has changed.
when I searched for the error, I found this blog entry which the author had the same problem, but there was no solution!
Is there anything wrong with the judge?
Thanks!

UPD. The problem has been solved, Thanks!

Hi!

I think there is a bug in counting the solved problems in problemset standings.

Solving problems Div2C and Div1A increases the solved problems by 2 , but it shouldn't because the problems are the same. Getting Accept for Div1A after Div2C shouldn't increase the solved problems.
