Eclipse CDT is great in general. For competitive programming the simpler the better: so Code::Blocks, and debug using cout/cerr

Yes I did, ICPC managers seem to be collaborative, but I think they can do nothing about issuing the visa.

  1. We have applied and rejected.
  2. We did not try once more, I do not think it would make any difference, and it costs a huge amount of money since we have to travel to Lebanon for it!

  5. I didn't get it, but I brought everything, all the invitation, the note to the consular officer, proofs of being a student, having a job, getting a scholarship, etc. She neither asked for any documents nor did she accept to take any. She said that they are aware of the contest.

I did everything I could, I also smiled all the time (just like my profile pic!), I did just like most of other contestants have done, but the result was different!

Well, now it works fine, don't know why.

Before, it would not open the statements of any contest (I tried like 4 or 5 different contests).

I have the same problem (since I live in the same country) and I have tried to handle it recently. The topics I feel that we need to master mostly relate to algebra. I usually see myself unable to decompose some problems or even find the disjunction of their states. Moreover, things like probabilities and combinatorics usually drive me crazy because I always feel like I have deduced the right formula, and at last it turns out that I didn't, and I usually cannot know the reason without looking at the correct solution. I see some of those topics as the next step for me, so I hope this will help you. BTW, I recently bought a book about linear algebra, and I don't know why.
