At first, I'm sorry for asking this question, you may find it stupid but I need help! :(

I've seen a good number of video tutorials on dynamic programming, read blogs. But still while trying to solve any DP tagged problem, I'm not even getting any clue about how to approach the problem. Please feel free to give any advice. Thank you.

I've been trying to practice some problems from ICPC Live archive. The verdict says "in judge queue" since yesterday. I think the site is no longer maintained. Can you please tell me any alternative site where I can practice those problems? Actually I'm following a CP book in which all the exercise problems are taken from ICPC Live archive.
