When I tried to claim my shirt on the vendor's website, I saw that Turkey wasn't an available option for delivery. Is this a bug or if it is not then why is Turkey banned? Also, Turkey should be on the delivery list according to SecondThread's blog.

As an competitive proggramming lover, I am really sad because Code Jam has officially over. But, why??? It shouldn't be over. Code Jam is one of the most popular competitive programming competition and so many competitive programmer including me didn't want this to happen. The hope of getting a Google T-Shirt is over now :((( At least, can you guys give Code Jam t-shirts as a prize for Farewell Round?

I was solving a question in vjudge and when I clicked on submit button, I saw a option called : "Submit by". I wanted to change that option. It askes me my codeforces account's "value" but what is "value"??? Can you help me? Thanks in advance!
