Rofl, happens everyday. I'd be really happy if its just 6hrs power outage daily. Sometimes it lasts for days...

In my country, even if you encounter a big natural disaster, disaster relief teams from all over the country will soon come to protect your life, and bring you electricity as soon as possible. ^_^

How did you come to the conclusion that I would care?

And others that are way better that I've found along the way

If anything, this "joke" should be used as a conversation ender, not an insult. anyone who uses it as the latter is a moron (also sorry for that)

From what I hear, all countries across the world seem to have those problems from time to time, the only difference is how often. Power outage in Canada. Power outage in Germany. Quite common outages in California. I've faced power outages here in Slovakia, fortunately only very few times in my life and never in a way that'd stop me from competing.

Sad fact, in Syria on average there is electricity only 2-3 hours every day, and this is in the best times.

P.S: This is not a joke :(

In Tabriz(Iran of course) power outage occurs only in summers but in summers it's quite terrible situation :) don't have electricity for 3-4 hours a day.
