The hardest riddle available on the internet !!!

while searching for interesting puzzles i found this site which is very much interesting. It contains funny and tricky riddles worth solving. And can use programming skills to solve those riddles as well. And it will need a great searching ability on internet. :D

    Could you please say what the key is for first level of series?!

    I can not find any relation between the title and the picture.
