Optimal way

I you are rated:

  • Step 1: Take part in many contests.
  • Step 2: Do as many Wrong submissions as you can.
  • Step 3: Don't get any code accepted.
  • Results will be prominent.

If you are not rated:

  • Step 1: Take part in contest of div2 or div3 or div4
  • Step 2: Get any code accepted or atleast do any submissions.
  • You will be newbie.
