This person is leaking all his solutions and posting it onto YouTube, ruining the fun for everyone and the integrity of this contest. I am so disappointed to see this, and I hope the people who copy his code get their accounts banned.

Does '10' have any particular meaning? It looks like a rather strange way to write it.

It's the first time I've heard of a C++ code like '10', so maybe we can locate cheaters by '10'.
